Our customizable, modern link-in-bio service allows you to bring all your relevant links, connections and content together in one beautifully organized Sitee. We want all users to be able to do this—so that everyone feels comfortable and safe using our services. YourSitee is about creation, self-expression and professional online presence. Not about abuse, misuse and other bad things.

Our "Community Standards" are designed to help ensure that you and all users can use our services safely, and they should be taken seriously. They are part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "User Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of the User Agreement, including the Community Standards, then YourSitee may not be for you.

The Community Standards are really just a collection of things you should not do. Basically, if you're doing something on YourSitee that you wouldn't want others to do to you, you're probably violating the Community Standards. But just in case you're not sure, we've made a list for you.

1. Hate speech

YourSitee is an inclusive community welcoming people of all ages and backgrounds, and it strictly prohibits any content that may be offensive, obscene, or hateful. This includes, but is not limited to, content involving abuse, such as bullying, attacking, or shaming other users, groups, or ethnicities. Discrimination based on religion, race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or ethnicity is also not allowed. Additionally, any form of racism or xenophobia, including racist, intolerant, or prejudiced statements, is strictly prohibited. The dissemination of sexist content that demeans or subordinates individuals based on their gender identity, whether male, female, or otherwise, is forbidden. Finally, any content containing or encouraging hate speech in any form is not permitted.

2. Illegal Goods and Services

YourSitee is a dedicated platform that, in accordance with the law, strictly prohibits the advertising or sale of illegal products or services. This includes illegal drugs, stolen goods, and any item that has been obtained illegally. Only products sold or advertised with the express consent of their rightful owner are permitted. Advertising or selling counterfeit products is also strictly prohibited, as such products may mislead customers and violate intellectual property rights. In addition, any other goods or services considered illegal under local law, including but not limited to weapons and explosives, are prohibited on the Sitee. In addition, products that are legally restricted to individuals over the age of 18, such as tobacco products or alcohol, may not be advertised or sold on YourSitee.

3. Harassment

YourSitee is a community platform where all users can feel safe and secure. Therefore, any form of harassment, intimidation, threats or violation of the rights of other users is expressly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: personal attacks, abusive comments, threats, defamation, or sharing personal data, photos or information of others without their permission. The sharing of user information or content that may cause harm to other users or invade their privacy is strictly prohibited on the site. All users have the right to privacy and protection of their personal information.

4. Extremist Content

The sharing or distribution of any content that promotes extremist groups or propagates terrorism, violence or incitement to hatred on our site is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, extremist political groups, organizations that incite racial or religious hatred, and any other content that supports or promotes terrorist activity.

5. Self-Harm

At YourSitee, we strive to create a safe space where Siteers can openly discuss their recovery journey in a healthy and supportive environment. To ensure the well-being of all users, we prohibit any content that promotes, glorifies, or idealizes suicide, self-mutilation, or disordered eating.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, we encourage you to seek support. Organizations like 7 Cups, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, and IMAlive offer anonymous, free, and 24/7 assistance in multiple countries and languages.

6. Child Harmful Content

The sharing or distribution of any content on our site that is harmful to children, endangers the physical or sexual health of minors, or contains sexual depictions of minors is strictly prohibited. This includes child abuse, sexual exploitation of minors, or any content that in any way endangers the physical or mental health of minors.

7. Misinformation

Any content that misinforms, disinforms, or spreads false news is prohibited on our site. This includes promoting harmful alternatives to medical treatment, conspiracy theories, and false or scientifically unsupported information that is inaccurate or incorrect.

We value the exchange of valuable, credible and accurate information and encourage users to ensure that the content they post comes from reliable and credible sources.

8. Privacy and Copyright

We prohibit the sharing of content about individuals on our site that is posted without the consent of the individual. It's important that we respect everyone's personal rights and privacy, so we prohibit the sharing or distribution of any information that contains sensitive personal information.

In addition, the sharing of copyrighted content, including images, text, or other works protected by intellectual property laws, is prohibited. We ask all users to respect copyrights and not to share content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

9. NSFW Content (Not Safe For Work)

On our site, adult content directed at persons over the age of 18 is allowed only if the terms are fully complied with. However, profile pictures and banners may not contain NSFW content in any form, and only the links or social networking sites provided may be labeled as adult content. We have a zero tolerance policy for child pornography. Therefore, there should be no direct adult content on our site, even in the case of links, unless it is explicitly and prominently marked as sensitive. Adherence to the rules regarding NSFW content is of the utmost importance, and we urge all of our users to be responsible and appropriate with this type of content, and to prominently display it as required.

You can:

• create links to adult content as long as it is legal in your region, does not promote full-scale sex work, and is labeled as sensitive,
• promote adult media that you create and sell on other platforms.

You can't:

• pretend not to use sensitive adult content labels on links,
• upload adult content, including nudity, to YourSitee avatars, embed adult content in link thumbnails, backgrounds or PDFs, or embed social media feeds that would display adult content directly on YourSitee,
• advertise a full range of sex work,
• shocking or violent content.

10. Analytics and Statistics

It is strictly prohibited to manipulate the statistical data of others or your own statistics on our site in any way, including tampering or scripting. This includes activities designed to generate artificial traffic, create false or unrealistic data, or falsify analytical or statistical data in any way.

11. Discrediting, Exploiting Bugs

Intentionally defaming or discrediting the site in any way is prohibited. All users are encouraged to respect the site and other users and not to take any action that could damage the reputation or operation of the platform.

You must report any bugs or vulnerabilities you find. Exploitation of bugs or abuse of the system, including exploiting vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized access to the site, is strictly prohibited.

12. Permanent Termination

If we have permanently disabled one or more of your accounts, this means that you will no longer be able to use our services or register a new account. Permanent termination also means that all of your previous accounts and associated features and services are permanently terminated and you will not be able to use or access them.

13. Spam, Scams

It is prohibited to defraud or mislead visitors to our site in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities

• Links to external sites that may collect personal information under false pretenses: Sharing links or references that deceive or trick users into providing personal or confidential information is prohibited.
• Promotion or distribution of malwares: We do not allow the advertising or distribution of viruses or other malicious software on our site. This includes the distribution of false warnings and unsolicited downloads.
• Attempting to steal data: Data theft or any other type of activity aimed at obtaining ownership of data is strictly prohibited. This includes unlawful attempts to misuse user accounts.

14. Politics

Political persons or parties are allowed to create Sitees on our service. It is important that you use YourSitee responsibly and carefully. Without propaganda, incitement and hate speech. Misleading site visitors is strictly prohibited, as is selling or attempting to sell voting rights or manipulating elections.

15. Links

Due to the link-sharing nature of the Service, Sitees may often link to third-party websites. If you click on a link from a third party, you will be redirected to that site. It is important to note that we do not operate these third party sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of these sites.

We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites or services. While we strive to ensure safe browsing, we are not responsible for the content provided by such third parties.

16. User

Sitees may not contain NSFW (Not Safe For Work), racist, sexist, homophobic, fascist, or otherwise provocative content. In addition, the profile picture, banner, and bio must not be offensive. At the moment it is forbidden and not possible to sell accounts. A profile belongs only to the owner of the registered email address. It is also forbidden to share passwords and it is not allowed for two people to use the same account.

17. Username

Usernames must be a minimum of 2 characters and a maximum of 32 characters, and can include the Latin alphabet and the numbers 0-9. Upper and lower case letters are not case-sensitive. The only special character you can enter is the underscore (_). Usernames can include names of famous people, brands, or any known word. However, if the name is a trademark or personal claim of a famous person, brand, company, or other organization, the username must be changed. YourSitee may change your user name without notice. It must be unique for each user and no two people may use the same name. The display name may contain any character, and is case sensitive.

Some examples of disallowed usernames include:

• Use of YourSitee or other YourSitee employee usernames,
• usernames that are offensive or hateful to others,
• usernames that clearly imply sexual content.

18. Impersonation

Aside from a few simple rules, we don't usually limit what usernames you can have. If you want, you can take the name of a major brand or famous person—and as long as that brand or person doesn't claim the name, it's yours. However, even though you can use whatever username you want, you can't impersonate a brand or famous person. Usernames are fine, but impersonation is prohibited; impersonating someone else and misusing their personal profile picture and social media accounts is strictly not allowed.

19. Respect YourSitee

Please do not mislead YourSitee support teams. Do not submit false or malicious reports to the YourSitee Trust and Safety Team or our other support teams, submit multiple reports for the same issue, or ask a group of users to report the same content or issue.

Repeated violations of this policy may result in the suspension of a YourSitee account. These guidelines are for informational purposes only. YourSitee Staff may ban you from using our services at any time, with or without cause. We reserve the right to change this policy. The Community Standards may be changed at any time without prior notice and will be applied to the case at hand!
